Take a moment to express joy and gratitude for the moment in beautiful surroundings.Sally Rivard is an AFAA certified fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, Pilates. She is also certified by IIQTC in Tai Chi Easy ™. Sally is an avid downhill and cross-country skier, runner, hiker and snowshoer. After years of focus on aerobic activities, she discovered the importance of balance. For every hard work out, she adds a restorative practice, such as yoga or Tai Chi. Creating space in her life for mind/body practices has been an awakening and Sally wants to share these practices and their health benefits with others!
