Short Distance Run / Walk June 14th
The First Annual Northeast Kingdom Short Distance Run/ Walk Series:
Sign up for these run/ walks together or participate in just one whatever your preference/ availability!
Cost (Please bring cash to the event or pay beforehand if possible):
- $7.00 per person to participate in one or $10 to participate in both race/ walks per person.
- $20 per family to participate in one event or $25 to participate in both (no limit on family members as long as they are all in one immediate family).
- $2.00 dollars per dog (as long as they are friendly, well behaved and on a leash).
- Any additional donations will be encouraged and accepted as well
Charity/ Where our proceeds go:
Money from these events will be donated to the Jay Westfield Elementary School as well as to the Rand Memorial Library (the library in North Troy) for various projects they want to pursue and general supplies that they need.
Awesome prizes will be given to the first place female and the first place male adult as well as the first place older kid (ages 10-18) and younger kid (ages 3-9)!

**Early Sign ups: Sign up sheet with payment collection available at the Library or at the Jay Westfield Elementary School during open hours.
The Hot Diggity Dog 2 Miler:
This run/ walk will start and end at the Jay Westfield Elementary School at 11 AM on Saturday June 6th, 2026. It will go from the school up Revoir Flat Road to Belle Vista Road and turn around just before the town line of Troy totaling 2 miles. There will be a hot dog cookout afterwards which will be free for all participants.

The Turn the Page 1 Miler:
This run/ Walk will start in the extra parking area of the Rand Memorial Library in North Troy and go through town down Railroad Street, Turn right on Main Street, than turn up elm street to Dominion ave ending at the North Troy/ Jay Legion where a car show will be taking place and food will be available to purchase at a food truck. The event will begin at 11 AM on Sunday, June 14th.
