It is with great sadness that we write that John "Jack" Clark of Jay, VT passed away on September 21, 2008. Funeral services were held at 12:00pm on Thursday, Sept 25, 2008 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Troy with Rev. Henry Mlinganisa officiating.  Contributions in Jack's memory may be made to North Country Health System, for the benefit of the Oncology Dept. Jack was very involved with the town of Jay, as Select Board member and most recently working on a Charter for the town of Jay.
