The Jay Municipal Building (Jay Town Hall) houses the Jay Town Clerk as well as the 3 person Select Board which governs the Town of Jay.  The Planning Commission & Zoning Board, Listers Office, Jay Area Food Shelf and Jay Community Center are also housed in this building.
